From morning to night, you can work out in our fitness room as often as you like - and free of charge, of course. In our fitness area you will find high-quality equipment from Technogym. In total, the following equipment is available in our fitness room: 1 treadmill, 1 SYNCHRO FORMA, 2 bikes, weights, a bench and PLURIMA MULTISTATION - WALL Plurima enables full-body training both for toning the body and for building muscles.

A breath of fresh air in Sauna World

The Sauna World with its 12 sauna chambers is the heart of the Alpentherme Gastein when it comes to relaxation and healthy sweating. Specifically, 4 chambers will be completely restaged by the end of April, with a combination of natural materials such as wood and natural stone creating a cosy atmosphere. From the end of June, a new outdoor toddlers' pool will compete with the 4-lane wave slide. The long-cherished wish of our youngest Alpentherme fans for an outdoor cool-down in the summer months will thus come true.
