Rooms are available to guests from 2 PM on day of arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10 PM, please let us know with a quick phone call.
Departure
We ask that you vacate your rooms by 11 AM on your day of departure. According to availability, we offer a late check-out option. Please find out more about the options available from our reception team.

Salzburg airport is approximately 85 km from Bad Hofgastein, and Munich airport approximately 220 km away.
Dogs
On prior arrangement, you are welcome to bring dogs with you. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness areas. We charge a €12,- general cleaning charge per animal per night, without food.
Parking
We have a car park Underground parking garage. Euro 10,00 per night.
Reception
Our reception is open from 07.30 a.m. until 10.00 pm
Cancellation terms
up to 3 weeks before arrival free cancellation, up to 2 weeks before arrival 50%,
up to 1 week before arrival 70 %, from 6 days 100 % of the agreed room rate.
